Seguro provides owners of both merchant and contracted power generation assets with management services that ensure the assets are delivering maximum financial performance. These services include management and advisory services impacting operations, regulatory, finance & accounting, gross margin, treasury and other areas relevant to our clients’ bottom line.

Operational services include availability and reliability improvements, oversight of 3rd party operations and maintenance (O&M) providers, and optimization of daily dispatch finding the optimal balance between operational requirements and market opportunities. Seguro assists with compliance efforts of relevant environmental regulations, including management of new permit applications and/or modifications.

Non-operational activities include monitoring and reporting of financial performance, including gross margin forecasting and variance analysis, development and regular publication of management reports, tax and collateral management.
