Oscar Constantino

Oscar is a specialist in Project Management. His experience in ISO Quality standards and Corporate Governance has made him a great addition to the Seguro Energy team because he brings capabilities and skills that are increasingly important in the Mexican Energy Markets. Oscar’s work is aimed at aligning the activities of market participants with energy regulatory laws and corporate policies and guidelines by validating the flow of processes and procedures, communications and information transfer, with the goal off ensuring the sustainability and the profitability of the company. His efforts address the needs of clients to identify and assign the responsibilities of corporate decisions and to establish the appropriate mechanisms to gain internal control, using KPIs to add value to the organization by decreasing risk and helping management deliver higher performance. Oscar holds a degree in Social Psychology from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, with specialization in Training, Group Leadership, and Executive Coaching. Oscar is also a qualified auditor by CQI/IRCA, the Chartered Quality Institute.
