Jesus is a professional who has been dedicated to energy markets and regulatory relations for nearly twenty years, with a keen focus in the areas of standard market design policy, regulatory compliance, project development and communications. He brings extensive experience in the private sector, where as an originator in the Western region he led the development, permitting, contracting and regulatory policy for a 3,600 MW portfolio. The keen focus on the development of forward market products to increase price transparency has resulted in numerous long-term structured transactions. The thorough understanding of policy, mandates, compliance and market operations positions Jesus as a key interface between regulators and the private sector.
